Who we are

Account information. When you sign up, we store basic details such as your email address and login credentials so we can give you access to your account and your draws.
Discord connection data. To run a draw, you authorize DscPicker through Discord's official, secure connection. This lets us read the messages in the channel you select so we can build your entry pool and pick winners. We access this content only to perform the draw you requested. We never ask for or receive your Discord password.
Giveaway content. When you run a draw, we temporarily process the messages and usernames from the channel you choose. This is what makes winner selection possible.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Usage and technical data. Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information — for example, your browser type, device, and general usage patterns — which helps us keep the service running and improve it.
How we use your information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide the core service: scanning a channel and selecting random winners
- Create and manage your account and subscription
- Generate exports of your draw results
- Respond to your support requests
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix bugs
- Improve features based on how the tool is actually used
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Giveaway content is processed to complete your draw and is not retained any longer than needed for that purpose and for providing your exports. Account information is kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're legally required to keep certain records.
